Hello E-Trenders we know how busy you are preparing for a busy Thanksgiving dinner followed by the hustle and bustle of the upcoming holiday season.
Check out this easy, breezy holiday pistachio & pecan bread perfect with a cup of coffee or cold glass of milk. The recipe makes two loaves, one for sharing and one for gifting!
Here is the pistachio & pecan bread how to...
1 box of white cake mix
1 small package of Jell-O instant pistachio pudding mix
1 cup of sour cream
4 lightly beaten eggs
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
1/4 cup of water
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon
3/4 cup of finely chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cake and pudding mixes, sour cream, eggs, oil and water. Beat well until smooth.
In small bowl mix together sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Divide batter between two greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pans, alternating layers of batter with sugar-nut mixture. End with a sugar layer.

Fantastic recipe!!! My husband loved this so much that he kept both loafs. I was going to take one to work. The only thing I did different was to double nut/brown sugar mixture. Love this simple recipe.
